Our information security management system (ISMS) is risk based and compliant with ISO/IEC 27001, Norwegian laws and regulations, and internal policies.
As a Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP), information security is fundamental to our mission and to for building trust with our customers. Protecting confidentiality, integrity and availability of the information assets of our owned by our clients and our own organization are our is our overall objectives for information security.
We achieve these through planning, implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the ISMS. We are committed to continual evaluation and improvement of the ISMS to ensure its suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness and to fulfil applicable information security requirements. Our ISO/IEC 27001:2023 certificate was issued in September 2025.
Eco-Lighthouse is a recognized environmental certification system, considered equivalent to ISO 14001, that helps us to reduce our environmental footprint and operate more sustainably. By working systematically with energy use, waste management, procurement, and transportation, Telenor Cyberdefence gain both practical tools and measurable results. Our Eco-lighthouse certificate was issued in February 2025.
